Cross-Country

Cross country is a long-distance running sport that has helped me build endurance, mental resilience, and a strong commitment to consistent effort. My experience involves sustained training, gradual improvement, and learning how to push through physical and mental fatigue over time. Through this process, I have developed discipline, focus, and perseverance by maintaining steady effort across long distances and challenging terrain, making cross country as much a mental test for me as it is a physical one.
