A personal exploration of tea, wellness, and intentional living

Tea has become an essential part of my approach to wellness and intentional living. It is no longer just a beverage, but a daily ritual that creates a gentle rhythm of care in my life. With each cup, warmth moves through my body, easing tension, grounding my thoughts, and creating a sense of inner continuity that carries me through the day. These quiet moments of presence often feel like a gradual purification—clearing emotional noise, softening fatigue, and helping both my mind and body realign in a more balanced, uplifted state. Through this page, I share how tea has become a deeply personal practice of continuity, cleansing, and compassionate self-care.

Learning Tea from Master Park Dongchun

Park Dongchun is a renowned Korean tea master and scholar who has inherited a rare lineage of traditional tea-making that traces back through the Goryeo and Joseon eras. Over the past couple of years, I have had the privilege of learning from her through meaningful tea dialogues that extend far beyond technique. Through these conversations, I have explored ideas of human principles, discipline, humility, and the deeper rhythms of life, while also spending time in tea fields and experiencing the tea-making process firsthand.

This relationship has guided me to understand tea not simply as something made or consumed, but as a living practice of awareness, responsibility, and care—one that continues to shape how I think, observe, and grow.

Dongchun’s Tea Fields

This section brings you into Dongchun’s tea fields—a place where time slows down and learning happens through observation, patience, and care. Through a short video, you’ll see the rhythm of the fields, the process behind each harvest, and the quiet philosophy that shapes Dongchun’s approach to tea. More than a landscape, this is where values are practiced daily and where stories are grown, not rushed.
